GRK Fasteners 01077 8x2 R4 Star Drive Flat Head Screw 850/ProPak

GRK FASTENERS 01077 8X2 R4 Star Drive FH 850/ProPak is designed for exceptional performance in both interior and exterior applications, making it an essential choice for decking, stairs, and residential construction. This innovative screw features a patented underhead equipped with saw-blade-like cutting teeth and six self-contained cutting pockets. These unique characteristics work in tandem to create a clean hole without cracking the surface treatment, even in the most brittle materials. The self-countersinking design allows for effortless installation, eliminating the need for pre-drilling in most cases. With its Starhead recess, the R4™ screw provides a secure grip, reducing the risk of stripping. Additionally, the extreme threads enhance the screw's holding power, making it suitable for fibrous materials as well. Packaged in a Pro Pak containing 850 screws, this #8 x 2" fastener is both efficient and practical. For optimal use, employ the red driver tip for #6 and #8 screws and the green driver tip for #9 and #10 screws. Weighing in at 5.27 lbs, the GRK FASTENERS R4™ screw is a reliable solution for your fastening needs, combining strength and precision for a flawless finish.
