Hafele 003.15.001 Titebond Original Wood Glue

Hafele 003.15.001 Titebond, Original Wood Glue is an exceptional adhesive solution designed for woodworking professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike. This 1-gallon container provides a fast set formula that significantly shortens clamp time, allowing you to complete projects more efficiently. Its excellent heat and solvent resistance ensures durability, while easy cleanup with water simplifies the finishing process. This versatile wood glue bonds effectively to a range of materials, including wood, hardwood, high-pressure laminates, and particleboard. Application is straightforward, requiring a minimum spread of 7 mils and applying clamping pressure typically between 30-250 psi, depending on the type of wood. Assembly time after applying the glue is just 5 minutes at 70°F and 50% relative humidity, making it ideal for quick-turnaround projects. For optimal results, it is best to use this glue in temperatures above 50°F, and while it can withstand freezing, agitation may be needed to restore its original consistency. However, please note that it is not intended for exterior use or in moist conditions. For those applications, consider Titebond II Premium Wood Glue. Choose Hafele's Titebond for a reliable bond that stands the test of time.
