Compx Security Products C8055-KAC413A-14A Disc Cam Lock offers robust security for drawers and doors with its versatile design. It features a straight cam for lipped/overlay applications and a formed cam for flush setups. The combined thickness of the front and frame should not exceed the cylinder length for optimal performance. Operation is straightforward with a 90° cam turn, allowing for easy locking and unlocking. Notably, the key can be removed in both locked and unlocked positions, enhancing convenience for users. The lock utilizes the D8785 key blank, allowing it to be keyed together with other disc tumbler locks, and offers master keying capabilities with the E41A using the D8783 key blank. This product comes complete with two keys, trim washer, spur washer for wood, mounting nut, and two cams, ensuring that you have everything you need for installation. If a flat washer is needed for metal applications, it can be ordered separately.
