E Series standard enclosures are painted, steel, locking enclosures with integral battery space for low voltage power applications. E series mounts Flexpower AC, DC power supplies and distribution modules in multiple configurations for maximum flexibility. Prewired for standard grounding, a tamper switch is provided with the cabinet. Expansion enclosures provide additional horizontal or vertical space for use as a wiring gutter, additional battery space, or mounting of additional access control modules. Battery enclosures provide additional space for backup battery sets. Prebuilt enclosures are available in two different sizes with multiple shelf configurations for flexibility in battery options. Unified power access enclosures are specifically engineered to mount Flexpower system modules along side access panels in one integrated access power management system. The E8MH access enclosure is engineered to house either Mercury Security or Honeywell Pro-Watch access panels on a removable backplate. The E8MH can be configured for a maximum of nine panels/eighteen doors and has no mounting provisions for power. To prevent damage to system electronics, the backplate separates from the enclosure for access hardware mounting in the shop while wiring is pulled to the enclosure at the job site. Once configured, the backplate can be remounted for final ties and checkout.
