NGP ANTI-LIG 5050C 60" Self-Adhesive Anti-Ligature Fire Smoke Seal is designed specifically for high-security environments such as psychiatric facilities and prisons. This innovative seal incorporates an anti-ligature feature with serrations every 8 inches to prevent it from being misused for hanging or strangling, ensuring safety and compliance in sensitive areas. Featuring a continuous length installation, the seal maintains excellent performance against light, sound, air, and smoke infiltration, similar to the original 5050 model. Made from a synthetic rubber polymer, Siloxane, it offers remarkable flexibility and memory even under extreme temperatures, ranging from -100°F to 500°F. Additionally, it is flame and moisture resistant, making it suitable for various applications. The NGP ANTI-LIG seal is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, indicating its adherence to rigorous performance tests for heat, cold, and air infiltration.
