NGP 522N-60 is a 72" Mill Aluminum Heavy-Duty Mortise Automatic Door Bottom designed to deliver exceptional performance in commercial applications. Constructed from durable Aluminum Alloy 6063, T5 Temper, this automatic door bottom features a neoprene seal crafted from synthetic EPDM rubber within a polypropylene thermoplastic matrix, ensuring a tight fit that effectively blocks drafts and moisture. This product is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, meeting rigorous performance tests for heat, cold, and flame resistance, making it suitable for both metal and wood doors. With a maximum drop of 7/8", it provides superior sealing capability when paired with a threshold. Its robust design includes a temperature range of -20°F to 200°F, while also offering excellent resistance to ozone, sunlight, and aging. The NGP 522N-60 is available in lengths from 11" to 60" and is furnished 1/2" shorter than the ordered size to ensure proper fitting. For ease of installation, it comes with #4 x 5/8" SMS fasteners.
