NGP 402X400X400X402 84" Hospitality Communicating Door Thresholds provide an essential solution for transitioning between two different carpet types, ensuring a seamless and safe passage. Crafted from durable black vinyl, these thresholds are designed for easy installation using adhesives like NGP RR5007BL, a black RTV silicone rubber construction sealant. Each tube of sealant bonds up to 12 feet of the 402 model or 8 feet of the 400 model, making it convenient for various applications. With a maximum length of 73 inches, the center section of the threshold can be field-trimmed to accommodate narrower widths, allowing for tailored installations. These thresholds are not only practical but also comply with the ADA Standard for Accessible Design, ensuring barrier-free access for all users. Additionally, the NGP thresholds are certified by UL to meet stringent fire safety standards, including compliance with NFPA 80 and NFPA 252, making them suitable for use with hollow metal fire doors rated up to 3 hours and wood fire doors rated up to 90 minutes. Whether for new constructions or renovations, NGP's Hospitality Communicating Door Thresholds are a reliable choice for enhancing interior spaces while prioritizing safety and accessibility.
