Sargent 1431-P9 TB EN Grade 1 Surface Mount Closer offers a robust solution for both interior and exterior door applications. It is certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 and is UL 10C listed for positive pressure fire tests, providing peace of mind for fire-rated door installations. Its adjustable spring power accommodates a size range of 1 through 6, with factory presetting at size 3. This non-handed closer is versatile enough to meet various mounting configurations, including standard, top jamb, and parallel arm installations.
