LCN 1461-H 691 LTBRZ Surface Closer

LCN 1461-H 691 Surface Closer LTBRZ is a Grade 1 regular or top jamb surface closer designed for both push and pull side applications. With its double lever arm friction hold open feature, this closer offers a convenient hold open position at a full 180 degrees swing, accommodating a variety of door configurations. The light bronze painted finish adds a touch of elegance while ensuring durability. Constructed from high-strength cast iron, the LCN 1461 is built to withstand the rigors of commercial and institutional use, featuring a robust 1-1/4 inch diameter piston and a 3/4 inch heat-treated pinion journal. Its adjustable spring size can be tailored from 1 to 6 to meet specific door size and site conditions, and it is factory set to strength 3 for optimal performance. Installation is hassle-free, thanks to the stick-on template that cuts installation time in half. The closer is non-handed, allowing for versatile mounting options on right or left swinging doors. For added safety, the Cush-N-Stop® function prevents damage from abrupt stops. The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions
