The extra-duty arm supports a 110-degree swing and offers a heavy-duty hold open mechanism, ensuring reliable performance in high-traffic areas. This left-handed closer is designed for easy installation on the push side of doors, with three mounting options: regular, top jamb, and parallel arm. It includes a full plastic cover for added aesthetic appeal and protection against the elements. The independent adjustment valves allow precise control over backcheck, closing, and latching speeds, while concealed adjustments prevent tampering. Built to withstand rigorous use, the LCN 1461-HEDA is tested for up to 2,000,000 cycles and includes a Cush-N-Stop® function to prevent damage from abrupt stops. The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.
