Adams Rite 4300-40-201-628 4300 Steel Hawk eLatch offers a robust solution for electrified access control while maintaining the reliability of mechanical locking hardware. Designed for standard aluminum entrance doors, this non-handed, narrow backset deadlatch seamlessly integrates into your existing setups. It operates continuously on 12, 16, or 24 volt DC power, making it versatile for various applications. The Steel Hawk eLatch is always operable from the interior via a handle or paddle device, ensuring ease of use. Entry is facilitated either through a keyed mortise cylinder or an access control device, and it features a fail-secure lock design with an optional form "C" latch status monitor. The 5/8" x 1" stainless steel latchbolt, complemented by an all-metal auxiliary bolt, enhances security by preventing "loiding" or case-knife entry. This deadlatch comes with both flat and radius faceplates, adjustable for right or left beveled edge doors. The case measures 15/16" x 5-13/16", and the installation requires a minimum door thickness of 1-3/4". With its field-selectable voltage and quick connect connector, the Adams Rite 4300 eLatch delivers a reliable, secure, and user-friendly locking solution for commercial applications.
