LCN 1460-3048 696 Head and Tube Assembly BRASS offers an exceptional solution for both commercial and institutional door management. The adjustable spring size ranges from 1 to 6, accommodating various door sizes, making it suitable for interior doors up to 5’0" and exterior doors up to 4’0". Its universal design allows for quick and accurate installation on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configurations for either right or left swinging doors. The independent adjustment valves enable precise control over backcheck, closing, and latching speeds, all hidden from tampering behind the cover. With features like the Cush-N-Stop® function to prevent damage during abrupt stops and a stick-on template that simplifies installation, the LCN 1460-3048 ensures functionality and ease of use. The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Standard 1460 series closer shipped with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws
• Multiple cover options include; Standard (Slim line), Full and Designer Series
• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions
