It boasts ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certification and meets the Buy America Act, providing assurance of quality and compliance. Additionally, the closer is UL and CUL listed for use on fire doors, with a fire rating of up to 3 hours. With adjustable spring power ranging from sizes 1 through 6, the closer is factory set to size 3, allowing for tailored performance. Designed for commercial use, it features standard pressure relief valves to protect seals and hardware from excessive force, alongside a heavy-duty mounting bracket for straightforward installation.
