Designed for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, this fitting features a high-density cast body that ensures durability and strength. With a pivot setback of 2-9/16" (65 mm), it accommodates various pivot types, including the CRL860 Top Walking Beam Pivot and other compatible options. This patch fitting supports a maximum weight of 176 lbs. (80 kg) and can handle doors up to 43" (1.11 m) wide. For 1/2" glass doors, the maximum height is 102" (2.59 m) and the maximum width is 42" (1.09 m). It is important to note that if these limitations are exceeded, full door rails should be utilized for added support. Included with the fitting are gaskets for the proper installation of glass, a template, and detailed instructions, ensuring a seamless setup process. The polished stainless steel finish not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also provides resistance to corrosion, although regular maintenance is recommended to preserve its luster. Please be aware that these fittings are not suitable for laminated glass applications.

CRL Top Door Patch Fitting includes the
1NT303 Insert for use with our
CRL860 Top Walking Beam Pivot,
1NT401 Surface Mount Top Pivot,
1NT405 Threaded Top Pivot, or other 19/32" (15 mm) Diameter type pivots. Finished covers are available in four standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.
