This polished brass patch fitting features a robust design that provides a positive stop for the door and acts as a strike or keeper for panic or deadbolt mechanisms. The availability of both left and right-handed units makes it adaptable to different door configurations. With its elegant polished brass finish, it not only enhances security but also complements a range of architectural styles. The PH40 Patch Fitting is compatible with the Folger Adam® 310 1-3/4" (45 mm) Fail Secure Electric Strike, providing additional security features. It’s essential to note that while brass offers durability, it is susceptible to oxidation, which can result in a tarnished appearance over time.
