CRL TV20122 - U.S. Aluminum Class I Bronze Anodized 7200 Series Project-Out Bottom Vent Window delivers exceptional thermal performance, thanks to its innovative thermally broken system. Engineered with stainless steel 4-bar hinges and die cast cam locking handles, this window ensures durability and ease of operation. Rated CW-75 AAMA, it features reinforced corners secured with an aluminum corner key, enhancing structural integrity. With a nominal wall thickness of .062", the window is built for dry glazing using tape on the exterior and E.P.D.M. elastomeric wedge on the interior, accommodating a 1" glazing unit (not included). The construction incorporates tubular members that are mitered and reinforced for reliable performance. Customization options are available, including a range of optional hardware such as a roto operator, limit device, friction adjuster, lift handle lock, screens, and a wicket box. Additionally, optional extrusions like head and jamb channels, mulling bars, subsills, corners, nail fin adapters, and extruded sill flashing provide further versatility. Designed specifically as a project-out bottom vent (awning) window, the standard 4-bar stainless steel hinges maintain functionality while managing sash weight.
