CRL TV30671 - U.S. Aluminum Custom KYNAR Paint 7300 Series Out-Swing Casement Window for 1" Glazing combines innovative design with exceptional thermal performance. This thermally broken system features reinforced corners, ensuring durability and strength through an aluminum corner key. With a nominal wall thickness of .125", this window unit is built to withstand the elements while providing effective insulation. Designed for dry glazing, the installation utilizes tape on the outside and E.P.D.M. elastomeric wedge on the inside, creating a reliable seal. The window's vent construction employs tubular members that are mitered and hydraulically crimped for added stability. The operating hardware includes robust stainless steel 4-bar hinges and secure cam locking handles, guaranteeing ease of use and security. For enhanced functionality, optional hardware such as 90-degree 4-bar stainless steel hinges for egress, roto operators, and access control locks are available. Additional optional extrusions include head and jamb channels, subsills, and extruded sill flashing, allowing for customized configurations to meet your specific project needs. With a Custom Kynar finish, this window not only performs well but also offers an aesthetic appeal.
