Utilizing a unique Bump-Forming process, this cap rail eliminates the stress and spring back seen in traditional roll-formed options, ensuring tighter tolerances and consistent radii throughout its length. The welds on both sides enhance strength and stability, making it ideal for seamless integration into welded corners without twisting or discoloration. Manufactured in a polished stainless finish, this cap rail measures 1.66 inches in diameter and is available in a standard length of 120 inches, with custom lengths also offered. It connects effortlessly to various fabricated corners and end caps, allowing for versatile installation options. Designed for use with 1/2" glass, it requires Cat. No. GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone for secure glass attachment. Further enhancing its usability, the internal channel is welded to increase structural integrity. CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using a unique process known as Bump-Forming that ensures accuracy, consistency, and high quality. Unlike roll-formed cap rails, CRL's Bump-Formed Premium Cap Rails do not contain the stress and spring back associated with the roll-formed product. Welds on both sides of the channel add strength and stability to the Cap Rail. This results in a Cap Rail with tighter tolerances, consistent radius, and the ability to fit into welded corners without twist or discoloration. Put simply, it means this is the best product in the market place.


All CRL Premium Cap Rail are formed using precision tooling to maintain uniform diameters, allowing for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal channel is welded in place to increase strength and stability for fabrication. Use Connector Sleeves to connect Cap Rails. Sold in 120" (3.05 m) lengths.

NOTE: When used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, Cat. No. GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone should be used to secure the glass. When used with 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone Sealant and Shims. Please contact CRL Technical Sales for more information or for a quote.

Use of our 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond at all connections.

Use the Connector Sleeves to connect Cap Rails. NOTE:When used with 3/4" (19 mm) glass, 95CBL Silicone and shims should be used to secure the glass.
