ASI 3900 3 Pan Head Sheet Metal Screws are engineered for robust and secure installation of grab bars in high-traffic environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, and government buildings. Each anchor kit contains three #12 x 2-1/2" long self-tapping Phillips pan head screws, designed to provide reliable fastening to drywall partitions. These screws ensure a strong hold for grab bars with exposed type mounting flanges, including those from ASI series 3400 and 3500, enhancing safety and accessibility for all users. The self-tapping feature simplifies the installation process, reducing the need for pre-drilling and minimizing labor time. With a focus on durability, the ASI 3900 screws are crafted to withstand the rigors of daily use in high-traffic areas, ensuring that grab bars remain securely mounted and accessible. In addition to their strength, these screws comply with Buy American Act (BAA) requirements, reflecting ASI's commitment to U.S. engineering and manufacturing quality. The ASI 3900 screws not only excel in functionality but also contribute to the overall hygiene and efficiency of restroom environments. Their installation supports ADA compliance, making facilities more accessible to individuals with disabilities. Whether you are upgrading existing fixtures or installing new ones, the ASI 3900 self-tapping screws are an essential component for maintaining the integrity of your restroom fixtures. Specify one kit per flange for optimal performance, ensuring each grab bar remains firmly anchored and ready for use.
