Acorn CG16V 3-1/2" 16d Sheathing Nails - 5 lb

Acorn CG16V Sheathing Nails-3-1/2" 16d-5 Pound are expertly crafted fasteners designed for attaching sheathing to wood studs and face-nailing thick board flooring. These nails feature a flat head, making them similar to Cut Spikes but uniquely suited for various applications. With a standard finish, they seamlessly blend into your projects while providing unmatched durability. Manufactured on original 19th and early 20th-century nail machines, each nail exhibits slight variations in head shape and length, adding a touch of authenticity to your work. This craftsmanship results in nails that are not only functional but also carry a storied legacy. The design of Acorn’s cut nails enhances holding power, as their unique shape effectively wedges against wood fibers, making them difficult to pull out. You'll find that once you experience the reliability of these nails, they will become your go-to for all your construction and renovation projects. Proudly made and packaged in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Acorn CG16V Sheathing Nails combine heritage quality with modern performance. For those looking for superior fastening solutions, these nails stand as a testament to Acorn's commitment to excellence in handcrafted architectural hardware.

Sheathing Nails-3-1/2" 16d-5 Pound

Sheathing Nails are used for attaching sheathing to wood studs and for face-nailing thick board flooring. Similar to Cut Spikes but with flat heads. Available in Standard Finish only. All our nails are made on original 19th century and early 20th century nail machines, this may lead to variation in head shape and slight differences in nail length. Tremont Nails are proudly manufactured and packaged in Mansfield Massachusetts. Cut nails posses great durability. They are hard to pull out because the shape causes the wood fibers to push downward and wedge against the nails, greatly strengthening the holding power. Once you have used them you will prefer to use them for all of you projects.
