Acorn CN20V Hinge Nail-4" 20d-5 Pound is specifically designed for fastening antique hinges and can also be utilized for face-nailing floors. With a head style reminiscent of a Boat Nail, these hinge nails are crafted from a slightly lighter gauge of steel, allowing for more nails per pound compared to standard options. This makes them an efficient choice for your projects, whether you're restoring vintage hardware or working on new installations. Manufactured using original 19th and early 20th-century nail machines in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Acorn's hinge nails showcase a unique character that may vary in head shape and slight differences in length, adding to their charm. The cut nail design offers exceptional durability; their shape effectively pushes wood fibers downward, creating a strong hold that is difficult to remove. Available in a standard finish, the Acorn CN20V Hinge Nail package contains 5 pounds of high-quality nails, making it an excellent choice for both professionals and knowledgeable homeowners who appreciate craftsmanship. Hinge Nail-4" 20d-5 Pound

Hinge Nails are ideal for fastening antique hinges and sometimes used for face-nailing floors. The head style is similar to a Boat Nail but Hinge Nails are made from a slightly lighter gauge of steel providing more nails per pound. Available in Standard Finish only. All our nails are made on original 19th century and early 20th century nail machines, this may lead to variation in head shape and slight differences in nail length. Tremont Nails are proudly manufactured and packaged in Mansfield Massachusetts. Cut nails posses great durability. They are hard to pull out because the shape causes the wood fibers to push downward and wedge against the nails, greatly strengthening the holding power. Once you have used them you will prefer to use them for all of you projects.
