Important Note: Successful and safe installation of this bed fitting requires a professional skill level. All casework must be installed perfectly square and plump for this fitting to operate properly and should be constructed of high-quality material with a minimum panel thickness of 19 mm (3/4"). The installer is responsible for properly securing the wall bed cabinet to the wall. Set includes 2 heavy duty L-brackets for mounting to wall studs. It is also highly recommended that additional mounting hardware is used; through the back panel and/or into any adjacent cabinetry to ensure cabinet is firmly mounted. Mattress Weight and Pistons: It is critical to know the weight of the mattress before installation. Pistons are sold separately in pairs depending on the weight of the mattress. Häfele offers piston sets for mattresses with a weight range of 35-85 lbs. Do not use pistons from any source other than Häfele.
