The ABH 019-1.5-RH 1-1/2" Offset Pivot is engineered for heavy-duty applications, specifically designed for doors 60" and taller. This intermediate pivot is essential for maintaining proper door alignment in offset pivot systems, ensuring smooth operation and durability. It is compliant with NFPA 80, Section 3-3.8, which mandates that fire doors between 60" and 90" require an intermediate pivot, with an additional pivot for every 30" of height thereafter.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the 019-1.5-RH features heavy-duty stainless steel needle bearings that provide exceptional support and longevity. The pivot is mortised into both the side jamb and hinge edge of the door, allowing for seamless integration into your architectural design. This model is UL Listed for use on 3-hour fire door assemblies, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Available in a variety of finishes, including S1 (ALPC), the ABH 019-1.5-RH can be specified for right-hand installation. The pivot is sold separately and is a critical component for pivot set 0147-1.5, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics in commercial environments.
