Engineered to meet ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, the 281 Series is UL and CUL listed for fire doors, conforming to UL10C and UBC positive pressure fire tests. Its adjustable spring power accommodates sizes 1 through 6, pre-set to size 3 at the factory for immediate use. With a 10-year warranty, you can trust in its performance. Versatile mounting options allow for standard, top jamb, parallel, and track installations, while the heavy-duty mounting bracket simplifies installation. The closer operates smoothly in extreme temperatures thanks to all-weather fluid, and the standard pressure relief valves protect seals and hardware from excessive force.
