The 281-P3 is UL and CUL listed for fire doors, conforming to the UL10C and UBC standards, providing an impressive 3-hour fire rating. Its all-weather fluid ensures optimal operation in extreme temperatures, while standard pressure relief valves protect the closer seals from excessive force.
