Adams Rite 4920AN-56-602-313 ANSI DeadLatch 2-3/4"

Adams Rite 4920AN-56-602-313 ANSI DeadLatch 2-3/4 is a heavy-duty locking solution designed for both hollow metal and wood doors, adhering to ANSI specifications. This robust deadlatch features a flat faceplate and a versatile 2-3/4 inch backset, ideal for precise traffic control in commercial settings. The key-controlled bolt hold-back feature allows the door to swing freely during designated times, offering an exit-only option when locked, making it user-friendly for visitors. Constructed from a steel case with corrosion-resistant plating, the 4920AN guarantees durability. It features a solid brass latch bolt with a 5/8-inch throw and a reversible handing option that can be adjusted with just a screwdriver. The auxiliary latchpin, made of stainless steel, enhances security by preventing unauthorized entry methods such as "loiding." This deadlatch includes a 4-7/8 inch flat mortised strike, engineered to fit ANSI preparation specifications, and is operable with any standard 1-5/32 inch diameter mortise cylinder with an MS cam. Each unit comes individually boxed with essential mounting hardware, ensuring straightforward installation. With a five-year limited warranty, the Adams Rite 4920AN Heavy Duty DeadLatch provides a reliable solution for your locking needs.

ANSI DeadLatch 2-3/4

Heavy Duty ANSI Size Deadlatch, Flat Faceplate, 2-3/4 In. Backset, 4-7/8 In. Flat Mortised Strike, RH or LHR, Dark Bronze Anodized

For hollow metal or wood doors prepared for hardware according to the specifications of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatches provide precise traffic control. A key-controlled bolt hold-back feature allows a door to free-swing part of the day and exit-only when the bolt is free to latch. This allows a "locked" entrance to be used as an exit by customers or visitors already in the building. Interchangeable, without door modification, with any MS1850SN Deadlock of same faceplate shape and backset. Replaces 4520 and 4720 ANSI Deadlatches. Steel case with corrosion-resistant plating. Solid brass latch bolt. Handing is easily reversible using only a screwdriver. Stainless steel auxiliary latchpin deadlocks latchbolt to prevent "loiding"or case-knife entry. Armored flat faceplate can also be adjusted in the field for right or left beveled edge doors. 4506-02 Strike furnished to ANSI preparation specifications for flat jamb. 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatches are operable by any standard 1-5/32 In. diameter mortise cylinder with MS cam. Individually boxed with faceplate, strike, and machine screws for mounting. Order cylinders, paddles, handles or lever operators separately.
