Compx Security Products C8054-KAC415A-3 Disc Cam Lock 15/16in offers a reliable locking solution ideal for drawers and both right-hand (R.H.) and left-hand (L.H.) doors featuring lipped or overlay construction. Its versatile design includes a straight cam for lipped applications and a formed cam for flush installations, ensuring compatibility across various setups. When used in overlay applications, it's crucial that the combined thickness of the front and frame does not exceed the cylinder length, maintaining optimal functionality. This lock operates with a smooth 90° cam turn, allowing for easy access while ensuring that the key is removable in both locked and unlocked positions. The C8054 lock can be keyed together with all other disc tumbler locks using the D8785 key blank, providing flexibility in key management. Additionally, master keying is available to E41A using the D8783 key blank for enhanced security options. Supplied with two keys, a trim washer, a spur washer for wood, a mounting nut, and two cams, the C8054-KAC415A-3 is well-equipped for immediate installation. If a flat washer for metal is required, it can be ordered separately.
