Corbin Russwin 1070-134-A01-6 BSP 6-Pin LFIC Mortise HousingCorbin Russwin 1070-134-A01-6 BSP 6-Pin LFIC Mortise Housing is designed for security and convenience in commercial applications. This durable mortise housing, featuring a 1-3/4" cylinder length and an A01 cloverleaf cam, is finished in a stylish black suede powder coat that enhances any door's appearance. Crafted from solid brass, this unit is compatible with Corbin Russwin 8000 Series interchangeable cores, available in 6 or 7-pin configurations. One of the standout features of this mortise housing is its rekeying convenience, allowing non-technical personnel to easily rekey without removing the hardware from the door. This flexibility is invaluable in high-traffic environments such as office buildings, hotels, schools, and hospitals, where security needs may evolve over time. The interchangeable core system not only saves time but also reduces costs over the lifespan of the building. Operating with standard keys for normal use, the lock can be rekeyed with a special control key that functions at a separate shear line. This innovative design supports construction keying options for enhanced security during building projects. With concealed key control (CKC) available, the Corbin Russwin 1070-134-A01-6 is an excellent choice for effective and flexible locking solutions.

Corbin Russwin Interchangeable Core Mortise and Rim Housings are made from soldi brass and are available to accept Corbin Russwin 8000 Series Interchangeable Cores in 6 or 7-Pin versions.
Interchangeable cores provide rekeying convenience for virtually all types of keying systems.
Interchangeable cores like this save time and money over the life of a building.
Rekeying can be done by non-technical personnel without removing hardware from the door. When used system wide, IC provides tremendous rekeying convenience. When planned from the inception of a system, IC cylinders can be integrated with conventional cylinders.
IC is recommended for virtually all types of keying systems, such as office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals and universities. When used in exit devices and other installations which are labor intensive to rekey, IC saves time and money over the life of the building.
All operating keys (change, master, grand master) operate the lock normally. To rekey, use the special control key. The control key operates at a separate shear line in certain chambers within the core. Only the control key is required to remove and install a core.
Cores are available in 6-pin (standard), 7-pin, security and Pyramid.
Corbin Russwin recommends temporary construction cores for greater security. Special construction master keying is also available, when planned from the inception of the keying system.
Concealed Key Control (CKC) is available for all Corbin Russwin cores.
