CRL 3325 24 ml Loctite Minute Bond Adhesive and Primer offers an efficient solution for bonding non-porous materials in just seconds. This high-performance adhesive is specifically designed to permanently join glass to metal, as well as other surfaces such as tile, coated wood, plastics, and nylon, achieving an impressive holding power of up to 3,000 psi. The two-step application combines both adhesive and primer, allowing for handling strength in just 10 seconds, reaching 60% full strength in two minutes, and achieving full cure in 24 hours. This product is available in a clear amber color, making it a versatile choice for a range of projects. It’s important to note that the Minute Bond Adhesive is recommended solely for non-porous flat surfaces with a maximum gap of .004". For larger bond gaps up to .02" or when a faster cure is needed, applying primer to both surfaces is advised, with temperatures ideally above 72°F (22°C). Please be aware that this adhesive is not typically recommended for use on certain plastics, especially thermoplastic materials prone to stress cracking. Ensure compatibility with your specific substrates for optimal results.
