The QuickEdge™ features a unique vinyl (PVC) embossed extrusion with a flexible metal core that conforms easily to curved edges, ensuring a secure fit. It boasts a durometer of 65, delivering the right balance of flexibility and strength, while the steel core enhances gripping power, locking the trim securely in place. With heat resistance up to 150°F (65°C) for continuous use, this trim is self-extinguishing and meets Federal Specification FMVSS-302 for safety. Measuring 0.65 inches in height and 0.375 inches in width, the QuickEdge™ can grip edges from 0.085 to 0.210 inches thick. Available in a striking black finish, this trim also comes in custom colors to suit specific design needs. CRL QuickEdge™ is a vinyl (PVC) embossed extrusion with a segmented metal core. Simply push on exposed edges of metal, fiberglass, plastic, plywood, or glass. The steel core provides the strongest and most resilient gripping power available to lock the trim in place.
CRL QuickEdge™ Trims are a flexible durometer of 65, except for Standard Double Lip Trims, which are 80 durometer hardness. They are made from environmentally safe vinyl-embossed PVC extrusions with non-cadmium stabilizers. Heat resistance to maximum 150°F (65°C) for continuous use. QuickEdge™ Trim is self-extinguishing, and passes Federal Specification FMVSS-302.
