It can be locked using either double-keyed cylinders or a keyed cylinder/thumbturn, which are available separately, allowing for customized security options. A keeper is included, with additional optional keepers available to ensure compatibility with most applications. Installation requires specific glass fabrication, including a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and one corner notch for either top or bottom mount configurations. The product comes complete with templates and instructions, simplifying the installation process. Available in five architectural finishes, including a polished brass option, the AMR215BR combines functionality with a sleek appearance. Please note that while brass is durable, it may oxidize over time, giving it a tarnished look. For double door installations, a bottom patch lock is recommended for the inactive leaf, ensuring secure closure.

The
American Style Patch Lock is a heavy-duty version of the AMR205 Lock. The taller profile housing provides additional security due to more glass being secured inside the lock housing. This lock can only be installed in top and bottom corner applications. It can be locked with either double keyed cylinders or a keyed cylinder/thumbturn which are ordered separately. A keeper is supplied with optional keepers available to accommodate most installations.
