C.R. Laurence DB019AV36 Aluminum Residential Automatic Door Sweep for 36" Door is an essential solution for enhancing the comfort and efficiency of your living spaces. This innovative, spring-loaded door sweep automatically retracts when the door opens, lifting up and away from the floor surface. Upon closing, a supplied cam lowers the sweep to effectively seal the gap at the base of the door, preventing unwanted dust, moisture, and drafts from infiltrating your home. Designed with practicality in mind, this door sweep is ideal for carpeted interiors where a traditional sweep may cause obstruction. Crafted from durable aluminum, it ensures longevity and resilience, while the sleek aluminum finish blends seamlessly with various door styles. The brush height measures 13/16 inches, and the overall height is 2-1/2 inches, making it a perfect fit for standard 36-inch door openings. Installation is straightforward, with screws included for a hassle-free setup. The vinyl sweep type further enhances its effectiveness, providing a tight seal without compromising ease of use. With no shipping limitations and the convenience of UPS delivery, upgrading your door's efficiency has never been easier.
