Designed specifically for use with 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this center lock features a dead latch that can be dogged in the open position, providing flexibility and ease of use. The installation process is straightforward-bolts are included, eliminating the need for silicone or cement. Equipped with an 8" (203 mm) back-to-back "D" handle and a thumbturn on the inside, this lock simplifies access while ensuring security with a keyed cylinder on the exterior. The dogging feature is easily engaged by fully pushing both deadlatch bolts into the open position and turning either the keyed cylinder or thumbturn, locking the clips in place. Available in five attractive polished brass finishes, the DL410RPB adds a touch of elegance to any glass door system. For customized needs, special orders for different finishes and accessories are also an option. Please note that while brass is durable, it may tarnish over time due to oxidation, so routine maintenance is advised to preserve its appearance.
