C.R. Laurence FH2220 22" Tubular Spiral Tilt Window Balance Red Bushing is designed for seamless replacement in tilt-type windows, accommodating sash weights of up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg). This balance features a 9/16" (14 mm) tube diameter, making it compatible with existing metal or plastic tube balances, ensuring a straightforward upgrade for your window systems. Crafted with a red bushing, the FH2220 can replace both metal and plastic tube balances with similar specifications, including those with a white bushing. For optimal performance and longevity, it's recommended to replace both balances in a window simultaneously. Installation is user-friendly; simply measure the tube diameter, length (excluding the rod extension), and confirm the bushing color to ensure a perfect fit. The FH2220 is packaged individually, but exact matching of the dimensions and bushing color is crucial for functionality. This product complies with relevant safety standards, and it is important to note the warning regarding reproductive harm. With no shipping limitations, the C.R. Laurence FH2220 is a reliable choice for maintaining the integrity and usability of your tilt windows, ensuring smooth operation and durability for years to come.
