This spigot is designed for secure insertion into core-drilled holes in concrete or block walls, making it an ideal choice for various glass installations. Constructed from Duplex 2205 stainless steel, the FWCR12PS offers superior corrosion resistance and strength compared to traditional 316 stainless steel, ensuring impressive durability in diverse environments. No glass fabrication is required, as the tempered glass is securely held in place using two grub screws that push against a robust plate, facilitating an efficient installation process. With a diameter of 1-15/16 inches (49 mm), this spigot is suitable for 1/2 inch (12 mm) tempered glass and features a polished finish that enhances its aesthetic appeal. Additionally, a garnish ring is included to complete the look. For installation, it is recommended to use Kwixset® Expanding Cement for securing the spigot effectively. While stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, periodic maintenance is advised to preserve its factory finish. Please note that this product is not designed for guard rail applications.
