CRL GN105P Gunther Premier Plus Mirror MasticC.R. Laurence Gunther Premier Plus Mirror Mastic is a high-performance adhesive designed specifically for bonding electro-copper-plated glass mirrors and acrylic mirrors to various surfaces. This urethane-based mastic excels in both porous and non-porous applications, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic environments such as gyms, dance studios, and commercial projects. This product offers a fast permanent bond while remaining flexible, allowing it to absorb movement and vibrations-a crucial feature for installations subject to thermal expansion and contraction. With a compressible capacity down to 1/16" (1.6 mm), it is perfect for precise mirror overlays, mirrored furniture, and medicine cabinets. For larger mirrors or uneven walls, it can be built out to 2" (51 mm). The Gunther Premier Plus Mastic has an ultra-low VOC content of just 10 g/l, qualifying for LEED® Green Building Rating System credit, ensuring that it is an environmentally friendly choice. Packaged in convenient plastic tubes, each cartridge covers approximately 7 sq. ft. when applied correctly, achieving 30 percent strength in 24 hours and full cure in 7 days at 72°F (22°C). For optimal results, mechanical support systems are recommended for all mirror applications, ensuring a stable and long-lasting installation.

Gunther Premier® Plus Mirror Mastic is a high-quality, urethane based adhesive formulated to provide a strong, permanent bond between electro-copper-plated glass mirror or acrylic mirror and various substrates (use Cat. No. GN8 Gunther Prime-N-Seal Primer on all porous substrates), including CRL Brand Category II Safety Tape. It is a very versatile product that is ideal for high-traffic areas, such as gyms, dance studios, steam rooms and commercial projects. Premier Plus is moisture cured and moisture resistant when cured, it holds firm, yet absorbs movement, vibrations, and allows for thermal expansion and contraction. It can be built out to 2" (51 mm) for large mirrors or uneven wall jobs, or compressed to 1/16" (1.6 mm) for mirror installations requiring close tolerances, such as overlays, mirrored furniture, and medicine cabinets. Mechanical support systems are recommended for all mirror applications. This product also qualifies for the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System™ credit.
NOTE: Gunther Premier® Plus at 72°F (22°C) achieves approximately 30 percent strength in 24 hours, full cure in 7 days. Gunther Premier™ Plus should be applied in 3/8" (10 mm) vertical beads, 5 to 6" (127 to 152 mm) apart and away from the edge to prevent squeeze out. Approximate coverage is 7 sq. ft. per cartridge.
