CRL GR16HPS Polished Stainless 90 Corner for 1/2" or 5/8" Glass Cap Railing, 1.66" Dia.C.R. Laurence GR16HPS Polished Stainless 1.66" Diameter 90 Degree Horizontal Corner is engineered for seamless integration into your glass cap railing systems. Designed to accommodate 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass, this interior slip-fit corner allows for hairline joint assemblies, creating a sleek, modern look that enhances any architectural space. Each corner is welded, finished, and ready for installation, ensuring you save time on your project without compromising on quality. Available in four architectural finishes, the GR16HPS offers versatility to match various design aesthetics. For optimal performance, two connector sleeves are required per corner (not included), and the use of CRL's Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is recommended to achieve a durable bond. Each unit is fabricated from premium stainless steel, with standard alloy 304 and an option for alloy 316 upon special request. Brass options are also available with alloy 260. It's important to note that when used with 1/2" glass, securing the glass with GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone is essential, while shims and 95CBL Silicone are required for 5/8" glass. Interior slip-fit Horizontal Corners for 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass allow for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of
CRL Cap Rail. Use of our Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Two Connector Sleeves are required for use with each corner.
Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. All of our stainless and brass corners are fabricated from CRL Premium Cap Rail, and are welded and finished to match. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order. For brass, alloy 260 is standard.
