Designed for use with either 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass, this interior slip-fit corner ensures hairline joint assemblies that enhance the aesthetic appeal of your installations. Welded, finished, and ready to install, the GR20HBS is available in four architectural finishes, allowing you to select the perfect match for your project. Each corner is meticulously fabricated from CRL Premium Cap Rail, ensuring durability and a seamless look. Note that two connector sleeves are required for installation, which are not included with the product. For a secure and permanent bond, CRL recommends using Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement. When utilizing the GR20HBS with 1/2" glass, the GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone should be employed for securing the glass. In contrast, for the 5/8" glass, shims and 95CBL Silicone are advised. Constructed from standard stainless alloy 304, the GR20HBS is also available in stainless alloy 316 upon special request, ensuring you can meet specific project requirements. Interior slip-fit Horizontal Corners for 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass allow for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of
CRL Cap Rail. Use of our Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Two Connector Sleeves are required for use with each corner.
Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. All of our stainless and brass corners are fabricated from CRL Premium Cap Rail, and are welded and finished to match. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order. For brass, alloy 260 is standard.
