C.R. Laurence GR20SB C260 Alloy Satin Brass 2" Premium Cap Rail for 1/2" Glass - 120" offers exceptional durability and aesthetic appeal, making it a top choice for any architectural project. Designed for versatility, this cap rail connects seamlessly to a variety of fabricated corners and end caps, and it can be cut to size or custom fabricated to meet your project needs. The internal channel is welded to enhance strength and stability during fabrication. For secure connections, utilizing C.R. Laurence's Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is recommended. Compatible with 1/2" (12 mm) and 5/8" (16 mm) glass, this premium cap rail ensures a secure installation when paired with the appropriate sealing products. CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using a unique process known as Bump-Forming that ensures accuracy, consistency, and high quality. Unlike roll-formed cap rails, CRL's Bump-Formed Premium Cap Rails do not contain the stress and spring back associated with the roll-formed product. Welds on both sides of the channel add strength and stability to the Cap Rail. This results in a Cap Rail with tighter tolerances, consistent radius, and the ability to fit into welded corners without twist or discoloration. Put simply, it means this is the best product in the market place.


All CRL Premium Cap Rail are formed using precision tooling to maintain uniform diameters, allowing for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal channel is welded in place to increase strength and stability for fabrication. Use of our Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond at all connections. Use Connector Sleeves to connect Cap Rails. Sold in 120" (3.05 m) lengths.

NOTE: When used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, Cat. No. GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone should be used to secure the glass. When used with 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone Sealant and Shims. Please contact CRL Technical Sales for more information or for a quote.

Use the Connector Sleeves to connect Cap Rails. NOTE:When used with 3/4" (19 mm) glass, 95CBL Silicone and shims should be used to secure the glass.
