C.R. Laurence L25H3PB Polished Brass 64 mm Diameter 135 Degree Horizontal Corner is designed for seamless integration with 21.52 mm or 25.52 mm thick laminated glass cap railings. This expertly crafted slip-fit horizontal corner allows for hairline joint assemblies, ensuring a sleek and modern aesthetic in your architectural projects. Each unit is welded and finished, highlighting the attention to detail that C.R. Laurence is known for. Available in four architectural finishes, the polished brass variant brings a touch of elegance while ensuring durability. The corner is ready-to-install, streamlining your project timeline. However, two connector sleeves are required for installation (not included), and the use of CRL’s 32629 Metal Contact Cement is necessary to achieve a secure and lasting bond. For optimal performance, it is essential to use the appropriate rubber insert and silicone based on the thickness of the laminated glass. When utilizing 21.52 mm glass, opt for the LR21PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone; for 25.52 mm glass, use the LR22PV Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone. Please be aware that while brass is a durable finish, it can be prone to oxidation, which may alter its appearance over time. This CRL Slip-Fit Horizontal Corner for 27/32" or 1-1/16" (21.52 or 25.52 mm) thick laminated glass allows for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Railing. Use of our 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Two Connector Sleeves are required for use with each Corner.

Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order. For more information contact CRL Railing Products Technical Sales Department.

NOTE: When used with 21.52 mm laminated glass, our LR21PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone should be used to secure the glass. When used with 25.52 mm laminated glass, secure with LR22PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone.
