Designed for laminated glass applications, this corner piece ensures hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Railing. The polished stainless steel finish not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also provides durability and resistance to corrosion. Ready-to-install and fabricated with precision, each corner is individually packed for convenience. The standard material used is stainless alloy 304, with alloy 316 available on special order, catering to various project requirements. To achieve a secure and permanent bond, the use of CRL's 32629 Metal Contact Cement is essential. Note that two connector sleeves are required for use with each corner, although they are sold separately. For optimal performance, when paired with 21.52 mm laminated glass, the LR21PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone are recommended. Conversely, for 25.52 mm laminated glass, utilize the LR22PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL Silicone. Ensure the longevity of your corner with regular maintenance, as stainless steel, while resistant to corrosion, is not entirely stain-proof.
