C.R. Laurence P642EPS Polished Stainless 42" P6 Series Spider End Post Railing Kit is engineered for both durability and aesthetic appeal in guard rail and hand rail applications. Constructed from Schedule 40 1.9" (48 mm) diameter stainless steel tubing, this robust railing kit supports either 1-1/4" (32 mm) or 1-1/2" (38 mm) diameter horizontal tubing, ensuring a secure and stable structure. Designed for use with glass panels ranging from 1/2" (12 mm) to 1" (25 mm) thick, the P642EPS kit includes a base plate, welded top saddle, and factory-mounted fixed glass spider fittings, making installation straightforward. Notably, glass attachments are sold separately, allowing for customization to meet specific project needs. The kit is available in two standard polished stainless steel finishes, with custom powder paint finishes also offered to match your design preferences. Standard post heights are 36" (914 mm) and 42" (1.07 m), with options for custom heights available upon special order. With a base plate diameter of 4-3/4" (121 mm) and a thickness of 3/8" (10 mm), the P642EPS ensures a stable installation. To maintain the finish, periodic maintenance is recommended, as stainless steel, while corrosion-resistant, is not entirely stain-proof.
