Crafted from Schedule 40 1.9" (48 mm) diameter stainless steel tubing, this railing kit combines durability with a sleek brushed finish, making it an attractive addition to any space. Designed for use with 1/2" (12 mm) to 1" (25 mm) thick panels, this kit is adaptable to various project needs. Though glass attachment fittings are sold separately, the kit comes complete with essential components, including a base plate, base cover flange, and a welded top saddle to ensure a sturdy installation. The standard post height of 36" (914 mm) can also be customized to meet your specifications. The base plate measures 4-3/4" (121 mm) in diameter with two mounting holes, ensuring a secure fit. CRL's Surface Mounted Post Railing Kits are manufactured from Schedule 40 1.9" (48 mm) diameter Stainless Steel Tubing, and are designed for guard rail or hand rail applications. Saddles support 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" (31.8 or 38 mm) Schedule 40 Hand Rail Tubing. Kits are supplied complete with a Base Plate, Base Cover Flange, and Welded Top Saddle. For screws to attach the Top Rail to the Saddle specify Cat. No. PRS1032. These 10-32 x 5/8" stainless steel screws come 50 per pack.
