CRL PH10DBS Brushed Stainless Bottom Door Patch with 1NT302 Insert

C.R. Laurence PH10DBS Brushed Stainless Bottom Door Patch With 1NT302 Insert is a robust and versatile solution for your glass door installations. Designed with a 2-3/4" pivot setback, this patch fitting is crafted from high-density cast body material, ensuring durability and stability. It accommodates both 3/8" and 1/2" (10 mm and 12 mm) glass, making it suitable for various applications. Included with the PH10DBS is the No. 1NT302 insert, specifically designed for use with tapered square style spindle Casma Floor Closers or the 1NT404 Free Swing Pivots, providing seamless integration into your door hardware system. The fitting also comes with gaskets, simplifying the installation process for different glass thicknesses. For glass fabrication, a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch are required. This product supports glass doors with a maximum height of 102" (2.59 m), a weight limit of 194 lbs. (80 kg), and a maximum width of 42" (1.09 m). Note that laminated glass is not compatible with this fitting. Finished in brushed stainless steel, the PH10DBS not only offers a sleek aesthetic but also requires periodic maintenance to uphold its appearance. Template and instructions are included for easy installation.

The CRL Bottom Door Patch Fitting includes the No. 1NT302 Insert for use with tapered square style spindle Casma Floor Closers or 1NT404 Free Swing Pivots. Finished covers are available in five standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.
