C.R. Laurence PH10DPS Polished Stainless Bottom Door Patch With 1NT302 Insert is designed for seamless integration in contemporary glass door systems. Featuring a 2-3/4" pivot setback, this bottom door patch is engineered for durability with its high-density cast body, making it suitable for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass applications. The inclusion of the No. 1NT302 insert allows compatibility with tapered square style spindle Casma Floor Closers and 1NT404 Free Swing Pivots, ensuring versatile installation options. This fitting comes with essential gaskets that accommodate both glass thicknesses, providing a secure and reliable fit. Easy to install, the PH10DPS includes a template and instructions for straightforward setup. For optimal performance, it is important to adhere to the specified limits: a maximum height of 102" (2.59 m), weight of 194 lbs. (80 kg), and width of 42" (1.09 m). Exceeding these parameters requires the use of full door rails. Crafted in polished stainless steel, the PH10DPS not only ensures a sleek aesthetic but also requires periodic maintenance to preserve its finish. The CRL Bottom Door Patch Fitting includes the No. 1NT302 Insert for use with tapered square style spindle Casma Floor Closers or 1NT404 Free Swing Pivots. Finished covers are available in five standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.
