C.R. Laurence PH20APS Polished Stainless Top Door Patch Fitting with 1NT303 Insert offers a robust solution for glass doors, ensuring a blend of durability and sleek design. Engineered for use with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this patch fitting is versatile enough to accommodate doors with or without locks, providing flexibility for various applications. The fitting features a 2-3/4" (70 mm) pivot setback, making it suitable for installation in the upper corner of your glass panel. To facilitate seamless integration, it comes complete with a glass cut-out template and installation instructions, simplifying the fabrication process. This fitting supports a maximum door height of 102" (2.59 m), a panel weight of up to 194 lbs. (88 kg), and a width of 42" (1.07 m), making it ideal for larger glass doors. Please note that glass fabrication is required, with a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch necessary for proper installation. Additionally, the PH20APS is not compatible with laminated glass and should not be used with specific transom patch fittings. CRL Top Gate Patch Fittings are used with all three of our gate and door pivots. It fits in the upper corner of the gate's glass panel, and requires a hole and cut-out in the glass. Available in brushed stainless steel finish, it comes complete with instructions and a glass cut-out template.

The following guidelines are to be used when making a door using this hardware:

If the door exceeds any of these limitations, full door rails should be used.
