Laurence PH20BSB Satin Brass Top Door Patch Fitting with 1NT304 Insert is designed for seamless integration with overhead concealed door closers, showcasing a sophisticated satin brass finish that complements modern architectural aesthetics. Suitable for both 3/8" and 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this fitting ensures durability and reliability in high-traffic environments. With a pivot setback of 2-3/4" (70 mm), the PH20BSB provides excellent support while allowing for smooth door operation. It includes the 1NT304 insert specifically tailored for closers with a 9/16" (14 mm) square and 3/4" (19 mm) long spindle. When fabricating doors, a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch are required. This patch fitting supports doors up to 102" (2.59 m) in height, weighing a maximum of 194 lbs. (80 kg) and measuring up to 42" (1.09 m) wide, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial applications. Please note that these fittings are not suitable for laminated glass and are designed for optimal performance with appropriate glass specifications. Additionally, while the brass finish is durable, it may develop a tarnished appearance over time due to oxidation, so regular maintenance is recommended.

The CRL Top Door Patch Fitting includes the 1NT304 Insert for use with our Overhead Concealed Door Closers that have a 9/16" (14 mm) square and 3/4" (19 mm) long spindle. Finished covers are available in five standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied that allow this Patch Fitting to be used with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Glass.

Glass Fabrication Required: One 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch.

Product Warning:

These fittings are not for use with Laminated Glass.
