C.R. Laurence PTH312PS Polished Stainless Glass Mounted Passage Latch offers a sleek and durable solution for both single and double doors. Designed for use with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this latch is constructed from high-quality 304 grade stainless steel, ensuring both strength and resistance to corrosion. The PTH312PS comes ready for installation with the EC4 Keyed Cylinder, ideal for outswing doors and inswing doors paired with the PTH314 Glass Mounted Latch Keeper. For inswing applications utilizing the PTH314, the EC3 Extended Length Keyed Cylinder is recommended. Notably, when used on double door setups, the door equipped with the keeper requires additional locking for enhanced security. Fabrication is straightforward, requiring only two 1-7/8" (48 mm) holes for glass mounting. The latch assembly includes the EC3 and EC4 Series Cylinder/Thumbturn, complete with three keys, a template, and detailed installation instructions. With a height of 2-7/8" (73 mm) and a length of 6-7/8" (175 mm), this polished stainless steel latch is not only functional but also adds a modern touch to any glass entrance.
