Laurence RS0B2135BS 316 Brushed Stainless 2-3/8" x 1-3/4" Point Supported Standoff Base and Domed Cap offers robust support for glass handrails and guardrails, ensuring safety and style in your architectural designs. Constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel, this standoff fitting is engineered to withstand the elements while providing a sleek, modern finish. Designed for compatibility with both 1/2" and 3/4" (12 mm and 19 mm) monolithic tempered glass, as well as 9/16" and 27/32" (13.52 mm and 21.52 mm) laminated tempered glass using Kuraray SentryGlas® interlayer, it supports various applications. The standoff features a 2-3/8" (60 mm) diameter and standard projection of 1-3/4" (44 mm) from the attachment point, with custom lengths and diameters available to suit specific project needs. Each unit includes a 3/8"-16 x 2" (51 mm) Allen stud for secure mounting to steel, along with essential gaskets and grommets. Additional attachment anchors for wood and concrete can be obtained separately. For optimal performance, a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole is required per fitting, and it is advisable to maintain a minimum height spacing of 4" (102 mm) center-to-center.
