Laurence RSF10PS 316 Polished Stainless Steel Swivel Combination Fastener is designed specifically for use with 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) tempered glass, making it an ideal choice for achieving the sought-after 'All-Glass' look in contemporary designs. This versatile fitting accommodates both flush and surface mount installations, providing flexibility for various architectural applications. The unique swivel head can tilt up to six degrees in any direction, allowing stress to be evenly distributed across the glass panel, rather than concentrating at the hole. This feature is particularly beneficial in scenarios where the glass is subject to live loads. Furthermore, the fastener supports rigid or swivel countersunk or cap glass attachments, enhancing installation options. Crafted from durable 316 alloy stainless steel, the RSF10PS is available in both brushed and polished finishes, ensuring it complements a range of contemporary aesthetics. For optimal performance, it’s advised to use the flush mount method with a sample attachment to guarantee a proper fit. Please note that this product should not be used with annealed or raw glass. The head of the CRL Swivel Glass Attachment can tilt up to six degrees in any direction on its ball and socket joint. This allows for any stress applied to the glass to be more evenly distributed across the entire panel of glass rather than concentrating at the hole. These are typically used in conditions where the glass will be subject to live loads.

The Swivel Head Fitting also employs our special Combination Glass Attachment design so it can be used for 'flush' mounting for a smooth exterior surface when the glass is fabricated with a countersunk hole. This same Fitting can be used for the 'cap' type of mounting when using the supplied adaptor washer. This requires just a standard hole in the glass.

NOTE: Either the Rigid Head or Swivel Head Combination Glass Attachments can be used with all Regular Duty or Mini Spider Fittings.

NOTE: We suggest when using the flush mount method that you give your glass fabricator a sample Flush Mount Glass Attachment to ensure a proper flush fit.
